Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is essential in communicating our scientific advancements and laboratory services to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This includes brochures, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Brand Development: Maintain and evolve our brand identity through consistent and engaging design elements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate complex scientific concepts into visually appealing content.
- Content Management: Assist in the design and layout of content for our website, ensuring a user-friendly experience that aligns with our branding.
- Market Research: Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the laboratory and scientific fields to ensure our materials are contemporary and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or laboratory environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly in scientific or technical fields.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for science and a willingness to learn about laboratory processes and technologies.
